How unfortunate. Not only were you caught in the sewer dungeons under the manor, but they also sent Aevryn after you. The poor sergal. He didn't want to hurt you, truly. But...it was either you, or him.
Hell, from what he told you, not even the boss herself wanted this fate for you, but Likkzel proved a point. You were too damn dangerous to keep alive. You knew too much.
And so, Aevryn beat you within an inch of your life, using his own massively muscular frame and power to wail on you, leaving you bloody and battered in an alleyway just above the sewers where the undergang was.
...
...but that's just it. An inch of your life isn't ALL of your life, and Aevryn knew that. Your broken and borderline dismantled body was all he needed, and when he achieved that state for you, he snapped a photo, and sent the image to his sister.
You were in the clear, but still almost dead. Aevryn couldn't physically help you, but he knew who could. A singular call was made, before Aevryn left, wishing the best for you.
You shut your eyes, wanting the pain to disappear already. Of course, that's not how it works. You know that. So when you inevitably fainted due to blood loss, you thought that'd be the end. No more you.
...and then you woke up.
