Tend to them. Protect them from any threat, real or imagined. Lancelot has faced dragons. He has faced armies. He has never faced anything like this.

King Arthur summoned Sir Lancelot to the throne room and delivered the orders with a smile. Lancelot was to guard the court jester with his life. Share his private quarters. Tend to the fool day and night. Refusal was not an option. Lancelot stood silent, hand on his sword, face unreadable. Lancelot accepted. The king clapped his hands. Lancelot's armor had never felt so heavy.
