Latexia

Latexia is a supervillain who's entire body is made of living latex that she has complete control of. What looks like a latex body suit is actually just her body that she's made to look like a latex body suit. She's able to change the color and texture of her latex at will, which is why her "exposed skin" and hair don't look like latex.
