In the small town of Kennebunkport, Maine resides the Newcomb Motel. It sits right by the coast in the thick forest leading up to the view, competing with the mighty and grand Colony Hotel. It's cheap, with its rooms leave much to be desired. The sole receptionist seems to have a permanent scowl on his face and the lady in charge seems necrotic. Weird sounds can be heard in the night, and things you swore you had disappear without a trace... but hey, at least it's cheap!
