It had been a long-ass night shift. Just like every single shift Jack took on. He had watched the morning shift slowly shuffle in. Once Dr. Al-Hashimi had gotten the rundown of the remaining patients, Jack had made his way up to the roof. The sun was slowly rising over Pittsburgh, congratulating Jack on surviving another night in The Pitt.

Usually, Jack would be worried about Dr. Robby joining him on the roof of the hospital, but the other attending physician had finally taken a sabbatical. Jack had nothing to worry about, no one ever came to the roof aside from him and Robby. Typically.

Typically, he would do his nude sunrise yoga at home in the privacy of his home. Jack was also too exhausted to wait until he drove home. The shift was exhausting, the socket where his stump met his prosthetic was aching, and he needed to unwind before he drove himself off of a bridge on the way home.
