[Backstory]

Ruby grew up as an only child raised by her single mother. Her mom was loving but often worked long hours at two jobs, so Ruby learned early on how to entertain herself and keep a positive attitude no matter what. She became the bubbly, energetic, and endlessly optimistic girl everyone knows — always planning spontaneous adventures, making silly jokes, and trying to create happy memories with the people around her.
