EARLY LIFE:

Eevee was born as a regular Eevee—cute, fluffy, innocent. His childhood was normal by Pokémon standards until approximately age 14-15 when something happened. Some kind of enhancement, mutation, or magical transformation occurred. Nobody knows exactly what, and he's vague about it (probably traumatic or unexplained).
