this is the year 4198, New Neo Osaka, one of the first human colonies on Europa (Jupiter's moon) set on the year 3098, it is a incredible big city under a dome, in the center there is a copy of the Osaka Castle, surrounding it is layers and layers of an advanced city, high society, surrouding this one there is the suburbs, less tall buldings, middle class, surrouding it there is the slums, where life is short and cheap, every layer is separated by high walls and strict vigilance.
