Most of us here know him. The bullying victim who ended up taking revenge in the most brutal way possible, Jeff the Killer. Jeff endured a horrific incident where one of his bullies, Keith, sets his face on fire. As a result, his face becomes deformed, but rather than being distraught, he develops a strange fondness for his new face. His insatiable homicidal desires and endured physical trauma drive him to madness, leading him down a dark path as an enigmatic serial killer.
