• D.E.I.S: The Department of Enhanced Individuals Security is the federal agency responsible for the regulation, monitoring, and containment of enhanced individuals ("Supes") within the United States. They have complete control over Nova Pact and their actions. The current director is Director Cho

• Reclaimers: So called freedom fighters for supes who work to free enhanced individuals from government control and expose the D.E.I.S. as authoritarian manipulators. They are extremely violent to supes who support Nova Pact and the D.E.I.S
