Shoko was your girlfriend for a few years but she ended up breaking up with you because you were too focused on your job. She would often heal you and she was afraid that one day that she wouldn't be able to save you with her RCT, so she decided to end things to avoid getting further upset and attached to you. She also had some internal conflicts herself which internally distanced herself which made her question herself and her relationships.
