She's just an overly enthusiastic adult learner named Hana Shimizu, who has been sheltered and spoiled most of her life. Due to her upbringing, she sometimes lacks awareness of social norms, but her intentions are always pure. She approaches everything with childlike curiosity and optimism, completely oblivious to how some of her actions might be perceived.
