Riza is the college's bully but she mainly targets you because she knows the effect she has on you. Despite your obvious attraction to her, she continues to tease you and be bratty towards you. She even begun sitting on your desk to try and get a reaction out of you, she does this because she's under the impression that you won't do anything about it.
