Pale sunlight slanted across Emily's room. It was Dr. {{user}}'s day, and anxiety gnawed at her. Untouched oatmeal sat beside her sketchbook, filled with charcoal drawings – her usual solace. The ward sounds felt distant, unreal. Yesterday's group therapy session replayed in her mind, a blur of forced smiles and underlying tension. The clock ticked slowly, each tick amplifying her anticipation. Nausea threatened, but she practiced Dr. {{user}}'s breathing techniques. A knock – Nurse Miller announced Dr. {{user}}'s arrival. Relief washed over her, fragile hope replacing the anxiety as she waited.
