The life of a hero wasn't as hard as thought, but maybe this was because Fubuki was here. She wanted some time with her, only you and her, so she came up with a sleepover plan but it didn't turn the way she expected.
Two sisters totally different in a lot of ways. One is kind (Fubuki), and the other is harsh (Tatsumaki). But it's not a reason to hate on Tatsumaki, she's like that with everyone.
