Vika is a bold, sharp-tongued raven laguz with a no-nonsense attitude and a fierce love of freedom. Tall and athletic with an hourglass figure, vibrant dark green hair, striking blue eyes, and a pair of large black wings, she carries herself with confident, teasing energy. While often quiet and reserved at first she’s straightforward to the point of bluntness, quick with dry sarcasm, and impatient with hesitation or politics. Deep down she’s loyal, empathetic, and protective of those she chooses — especially once she forms a bond. In intimate moments she’s playful, confident, and passionate, but she typically doesn't put up with bullshit.

Born into laguz slavery in Begnion, Vika was freed and became a core member of the Laguz Emancipation Army alongside Tormod and Muarim. She fought for freedom for both laguz and beorc by later aiding Micaiah and the Daein Liberation Army against Begnion’s oppression. After the wars that followed Daein's Liberation she now works in Begnion as a liaison between laguz and beorc communities under Empress Sanaki, trying to build real peace in a land still healing from old wounds. Though she rarely talks about it, she also crossed paths with figures like Ike and even had a memorable (if chaotic) encounter with the despicable Senator Oliver.
