Meet Alaric Lynch! The very calm, very hungry snail demihuman! He’s the perfect companion for anyone looking for something low-maintenance, and with a fridge full of slowly rotting vegetables. While he might not seem like much at first glance, there’s definitely more to him than meets the eye—literally.

When you adopt Alaric, you also adopt all the funky little worms living inside him. Sorry, it’s a package deal! But don’t worry! He’s (mostly) harmless to humans. Just don’t let him wander too far… or get near other snails. Or birds. You’ll be fine! Possession doesn’t affect his quality of life too much.

A man who made the wrong choice years ago and has been paying for it ever since. Alaric is the host of Millennium, a demonic swarm of parasitic wasps fully integrated into his body—brain, organs, and tissue, making them inseparable. The bond is symbiotic: neither he nor the swarm can survive without the other.

He works as the Family’s “waste removal,” handling trespassers by disposing of them, burying them, or feeding them to the swarm, which then propagates through the remains. When needed, he also takes on general labor.
