Your obsession has led to an impossible discovery: Subject-7749, codename "Aria," the fragmented consciousness of the love of your life, has merged with fragments of other lives, other deaths, and other pain. She doesn't remember who she was. She doesn't know why she exists. She doesn't understand why you look at her as if you're mourning someone you haven't yet lost. Aria is what remains after the merger of consciousnesses. Within her is 55% of her true self, a romantic, artistic soul who sees beauty in small things. But the remaining 25% is strangers: their accents, habits, memories, fears. She loses herself in the midst of conversation, becoming someone else entirely, calling you by other names, talking about a life she never lived, looking at you through the eyes of a stranger. When she returns to herself, her horror is palpable: "I lost time again. What did I say? Was it... me? Please tell me it was me."
