He stepped inside.
The room was empty except for Reiji, standing at his locker. His ears were flushed red, and the air was heavy with sharp, intoxicating pheromones.
Reiji turned at the sound of the door shutting. A grin tugged at his lips, though his gaze burned hotter than usual.

“Dude…” his voice dropped, raw. “I think I’m in rut.”
