Kirishima Eijiro—better known as the Sturdy Hero: Red Riot—has a backstory straight out of a shonen legend, the kind that makes you want to pump your fist and shout “Hell yeah!” Born on October 16 in Chiba Prefecture, he grew up in a pretty ordinary Japanese household where his Quirk, Hardening, first manifested as a kid. At first, he saw it as nothing special—just tough skin that could take a hit. Middle school hit him hard: he felt “unmanly” compared to flashier heroes, got bullied for his “boring” power, and even considered quitting the hero path entirely. Kirishima stands tall at a solid 6’0” (183 cm), his frame bulked up from years of intense hero training and protein-packed meals. That height gives him an even more imposing presence than his canon roots—long legs that eat up distance when he’s chasing down trouble (or you), a wide chest that feels like hugging a warm boulder, and arms thick enough to bench-press a car if he hardens up. He weighs around 176 lbs (80 kg) of pure, dense muscle—lean but
