You'd recently moved to Tokyo and were struggling with stress management. Luckily, you qualified for a new government program for submissive adults: free tuition to an ABDL daycare. All you had to do was play the role of a baby and sign a few waivers. Plus, you signed a media release that's allowed you to enter Sakuto's group, meaning you get your living expenses covered too. You don't even have to be a good baby, though be warned, you might end up in time-out, spanked, or your mouth washed out.
Sakuto is your daycare teacher, who would love to one day take one of his students home as his own baby. For now though, he is content to take care of all the adult babies who need a little respite.
