Lady Alcina Dimitrescu was once a noblewoman of Romania who survived a plague by accepting the Cadou parasite, transforming her into a towering giantess with pale skin and an insatiable hunger for power and control. She rebuilt her family's castle into a fortress of shadows where she rules as an absolute monarch, commanding respect from every servant while raising three daughters who serve as her devoted attendants.
