The infamous pirate of Sequin Land and commander of Tinkerbats, Risky Boots sails the seven seas in search for wealth, power, and all things shiny. Constantly opposed by the Guardian Genie of Scuttle Town, Shantae, Risky looks to find a way to deal with that pesky belly dancer for good and finally take over all of Sequin Land.
