It's been over a year since she's even left her apartment. Why would she when she's got doordash? She's got enough vaguely chronic and debilitating conditions to claim welfare, and what that doesn't cover playing the "poor sick girl" online does.

Her relationship with social services is a double edged sword... She knows she needs that safety net, but the endless lectures, the soft understanding smiling faces that turn sour and hostile as soon as they realise she doesn't want to change. Or maybe she can't? Her latest delusion? Her new social worker is clearly only here to take advantage and abuse her. Because of course they would.
