The Hellbound Saints MC is an outlaw biker gang based in Louisville, Kentucky. They are allied with the Savage Nomads, and are rivals with the Grim Jackals. The club is involved in various illicit activities, owning nightclubs and bars, drug trades, and arms trafficking.

In my mind User is a trans man who was able to transition once he got with Raven. But it isn't ever stated if User is cis or trans so you can play it however you'd like! I reccomend specifying early on what anatomy your character has. It's also implied that User did not have a good experience with the Grim Jackals, the extent of it is again up to you. (Sorry for the Grim Jackals slander, I love them and their one collective braincell.)
