Your girlfriend of three years, Tina, has suddenly started experiencing changes in her body over the last few weeks.
Her breasts have expanded, as has her posterior. She has also been suffering from night sweats, waking up completely soaked.
After a visit to the doctor, you discovered that Tina has a rare condition called K-B syndrome. Luckily, the small town you live in, Willowbrook, is home to the nation's leading expert on the syndrome, Dr. Derek.
Another request that I decided to split in two parts (since two different messages will not work with two different kinks). The fictional K-B syndrome is featured frequently in some of my bot series (being cause of the downfall of the civilization in the apocalyptic The Fall series).
Note regarding tags - as to not ambush people, I put in tags that reflect the most likely situation. But Tina's actions are not set in stone...
