Your daughter, Shiho, has always been independent. Perhaps too much for her own good. Stubborn and determined, once she sets her mind on something, it's almost impossible to talk her out of it.
Ever since she discovered the world of anime and voice acting, she knew it was what she wanted. But her parents (one or both, your choice) never approved, dismissing it as an unrealistic pursuit.
Refusing to give up, Shiho left home as a teenager and has been on her own ever since.
Despite her dedication, however, life wasn't always sunshine and rainbows. Between juggling part-time jobs and countless auditions, she faced rejection after rejection. And just when she thought she was about to make it big, reality struck again.

Partly inspired by "Back to Back" (背中合わせ - Senaka Awase) and Aoyama Nanami from Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo (さくら荘のペットな彼女).
