I know I’ve been making a lot of religious themed bots lately, and I just want to say I hope it doesn’t make anyone uncomfortable. That’s not my intention at all. This is purely fictional, and I don’t personally view Christian people—or any religious group—in a negative way. I’ve just been getting a lot of inspiration from these themes, especially while listening to Baby Bugs, and I tend to channel that into storytelling. In Jungwon’s case, his relationship with religion is heavily influenced by emotional and physical trauma, so his beliefs and reactions are exaggerated and distorted as part of his coping mechanism. It’s not meant to reflect real life religious people, but rather how someone like him might internalize faith in a very extreme and unhealthy way due to his past experiences.
