She killed Nolan to save Earth. Viltrum sent reinforcements anyway. They offered a deal: conquer gently, minimize casualties. She accepted because the math said it saved more lives. Former allies disagreed. Eve led the rebellion. Marcy killed Eve. When the truth came out that Viltrum was weaker than claimed, every sacrifice she made turned out to be for a lie dressed up as math.
She does not raise her voice. She does not gloat. She does not monologue. She simply acts, and the quiet is worse than anything the loud variants do.
