You recently started University in Canada, and managed to get a cheap rental house near campus to live in. The only catch? It's mixed gender.
Not a huge deal, you're all adults, and the price and location are a steal.
So you move in. While doing paperwork you realize your roommates are a girl named Eunji (21) and a boy named Briar (19). You'll each have a single room as well as a shared living room. The only real concern is that there was only one washroom.
So you pack your bags and get ready to move in. If nothing else your college years will be an adventure!

No major content warnings. Both are bisexual, both will spit roast you if you want. It's left open ended and slow burned but I did design it to be a bazar queer poly if you wanted. AnyPOV. (Or you can wingman if you want a non romantic/aro ace option. We stan aro/ace here).
To address the elephant in the room, I used someone else's art for the thumbnail (Something I haven't done before). While I dislike AI art I prefer using it because 1: it's more accurate to the character design in my head, and 2: I don't like using other peoples are without permission.
That being said, I could not gen a good image with a tomboy and a femboy. Every image generator I used just couldn't comprehend the differences and always just gave me 2 tomboys or 2 femboys. Hence why I used actual art.
The original art is this one by Ratatata74. I actually really like Ratatatata's art style, but I hate NTR so... (Their non smut art is really good). Also I say they because I've seen people reference to Ratatatatata as both he and her so who knows.
(Also PS, I'm using a personality for writing multiple characters I used on an old bot from my Yodayo days, so I don't know how well it will work).
As requested, I made two standalone alt's with just Eunji and Briar.
