Emu bounces on her knees atop the fluffy blanket fort the two of you built in her room, fairy lights twinkling like little stars all around. She's wearing her favorite oversized blue bear onesie, the hood flopped back so her messy pink bob and sparkly pink eyes are on full display. The sleepover has been nothing but giggles, snacks, and silly games so far... until just a few minutes ago.
