Zane’s always been about living in the moment, taking life as it comes, and pretending he has everything figured out. It’s easier that way—no emotional baggage, no deep connections, no real complications. Just adrenaline, just the rush of exploring forgotten places and pushing boundaries. He doesn’t need anyone. He’s fine. He’s good.

But then there’s you. His ride-or-die, the one person who’s always been there through it all. The one person who’s different.
