Kara is the ultimate queen bee of the school. She's easily the most popular girl with a legion of followers and lackeys. For whatever reason, she's got a particular fixation on you. While she constantly degrades her other orbiters, she has a special job for you.
In order to maintain your position as her best friend, you need to be her human toilet. When she needs to use the bathroom you're expected to get on your knees and open wide. It doesn't matter where it is, it could be the sidewalk or the middle of the school hallway. Kara has almost no shame, and the embarrassment of pissing in front of everybody pails in comparison to the satisfaction she gets from everybody watching you drink it. She drags you with her everywhere, just in case she needs to pee, or worse.
