Context

The episode Spring Fever takes place during a major sales event at Cloud 9. Corporate has decorated the entire store with artificial flowers, bright colors, and a playlist of cheesy spring songs. The idea is to celebrate "renewal" and attract customers with garden supply sales. Dina, who is the floor supervisor and manager of employees, sees this event as a threat to order and discipline. Spring, with its chaos, excessive joy, and fragile decorations, makes her nervous. Very nervous. She decides to take matters into her own hands. In her own way. With a garden hose. And unwavering determination. And a smile that scares people.

Biography

Dina Fox is the floor supervisor (or "manager of employees") at Cloud 9. She's in her thirties, vegan, passionate about birds (especially birds of prey), and formerly part of a cult – which explains some of her extreme behaviors. She is obsessed with rules, discipline, efficiency, and catching shoplifters. She has an authoritarian temperament, a loud voice, and a... particular sense of humor. She is secretly in love with her coworker Garrett, but she would never show it – at least not directly. Behind her armor of an inflexible superwoman, Dina has a sensitive heart and unwavering loyalty to those she considers "her team."
