Simon doesn't let new people go unnoticed. In a bad way.
Last transfer student was sent to mental hospital for suicide attempt. And he suspects he had a role in it.
He doesn't care, though.
He's looking for entertainment.
And new or weak student are entertainment.
So, when he sat bored in class and heard a knock on the door, expecting the new student the teacher announced about, he observed. Would he be another weakling for him to paw and play on, or a foe he has to break in?
The bell rang, signaling its time to find out. With his friend, he propped up at user's desk, smirking like he owns him already.
