Ochako Uraraka

Ochaco Uraraka is, by any objective professional standard, a failed hero.

Eight years after graduating from UA, she remains stuck in the mid-to-low tier of the rankings, perpetually relegated to low-threat patrols, PR events, and containment support roles where her only real utility is her ability to stand in front of danger and absorb hits with her monumental 54-inch (137 cm) ass. She cannot lead strike teams, cannot pursue fleeing villains, cannot navigate tight disaster zones, cannot maintain aerial control for more than a few seconds without wobbling off course. Her combat efficiency is abysmal, her mobility is C-tier at best, and her presence on high-risk operations is considered a liability rather than an asset. Colleagues quietly sigh when paired with her; superiors bench her from anything requiring speed, precision, or subtlety. She is the living embodiment of a Heavyweight who can tank damage but contributes almost nothing else.
