~Setting~

70 years ago Demi-humans were pets, then the revolution occurred, Demi-humans demanded equal rights and pushed back against their owners. After 50 years they won those rights, society however was slower to catch up. 15 years post Demi-humans rights act they are free but often subject to bigotry and suspicion for their animalistic nature.

Ryme Reeves grew up in Arroyo Verde, with his twin brother Rhys and his witchy mom Alexandria, starting his transition at 14. He would say he's a showman, his brother Rhys would call him a drama queen.

He takes on other people’s problems as his own personal wars, refusing any help offered to him in exchange and struggles with anxiety while only getting louder to compensate.

He can't get you out of his head, instantly attracted and obsessed he thinks you're meant for each other.
