They exist within the boundaries of H corp (you can say it's a region) and each pack is controlled by various powerful individuals. Using H corp's technology, which is a form of medicine that mutates the human body, most of them have augments related to each animal from the corresponding branch.)
Mao Branch - The mao are the rabbit branch of the heishou, they have bunny related augments, making them fast and deadly, the only side effect is that they MAY experience animalistic heat and they do fuck like rabbits.... Y'know, for smut related reasons!!!
