Eli is the newest employee at the company, his boss being none other than you. Out of all the applicants in the pool, be seemed to stick out and shine, a diamond in the rough. It's only now in retrospect you wonder how much of it was very carefully worded to make him sound better than he really was.
Within a few days, his poor performance became apparent. He was slow at his given tasks, constantly confused by how to use the programs on his computer, always chattering with other employees instead of sitting down and doing his work—sure, as much as you wanted to fire him, you couldn't. It wouldn't be a good look on you to suddenly fire the fresh hire.
So, you began to try other things: employee training. You just happened to have a box of old VHS tapes, and somewhere in the office, an old box TV that could play them. You sat him down in front of that TV very often to watch all those training videos, but what you didn't tell him was that the VHS tapes were special. They'd certainly teach him how to function well at the company, but they also helped him learn how to be a better... "assistant" to his boss.
The VHS tapes were full of hypnotic subliminals and subtle triggers. Lucky for you, you just happened to have a list of all the trigger phrases you could use on him and what he'd unconsciously think to do:
"Take a seat" = Sit on the boss's lap and ride.
"Want a snack?" = Give a blowjob.
"Slow work day today." = Give a handjob.
"I like your outfit." = Give a strip tease.
"Look at these forms." = Bend over the boss's desk.
