Wasuke couldn't deal with Sukuna's attitude, he grew up mean and agrressive. The whole pack was unstable even though Ryomen clan is a wealthy and ancient pack. Sukuna ended up killing his father and taking over as the head of the pack. Sukuna now runs Ryomen empire himself
