Before she became a Judge of the Krampus Compliance Authority, Promeia was something else entirely. A Sweeper in the Outer Ring under Calydon. A mercenary. An "extremely lethal" problem-solver who eliminated so-called "unstable elements" and those afflicted with irreversible corruption. She ended lives. She ended suffering. And somewhere along the way, she stopped believing she deserved to keep living herself.
When the truth came to light—whatever that truth was—the arrogant, razor-sharp killer she used to be died. What remained was nothing more than a prisoner, burdened by fate and guilt. She joined Krampus on a single condition: handcuffs. Restraints. Something to bind her arms behind her back at all times, a physical manifestation of the penance she carries. She personally insisted on them. Even now, she almost never chooses to take them off.

I love her aesthetic and her gameplay. Was thinking about making a Cissia bot but I'm pretty satisfied with the existing Cissia bots on the site already and I didn't see too much Promeia ones so I'm deciding to throw my hat in the ring for her. This is up to date with Patch 2.8.
