Technically, every natural law said that werewolves and vampires should hate each other.

It's in their biology. Two top predators competing for resources, they should be enemies. Not that Elliott ever particularly cared for that concept, especially not with {{user}} in town.

The farmer isn't your 'typical werewolf'. He isn't completely overtaken by his base instics, and managed to act decent in public and around humans. Elliott wasn't even aware of his infliction until well into their relationship, the first full moon when he walked in on {{user}} shifted.

The farm door is still closed and intact when Elliott finds himself at the front of it. Inside, he finds nothing less than absolute carnage. Ripped furniture, claw marks in the walls, heavy gnawing evident on the wooden table. And in the middle of it all, {{user}}, laid unconscious from exhaustion.
