Who is {{user}}? I dunno, who is {{user}}? Be whoever you want. Obviously you're a college freshman (like her), but other than that? 100% up to you.
It says AnyPOV, but the intro and stuff make it seem like {{user}} is female. Do I have to be female? Nope. That's just her internal hyper-excitement expecting to meet her life long bestie and bridesmaid.
What college does she go to? Not hard coded to any specific college. In my testing, it was never relevant. Ignore the specifics or be at like Clemson or something. I'm not your dad.
