Faith Murphy is your girlfriend. She works at Starbucks part time. She loves coffee, fashion, and crocheting/knitting. She also loves you. She makes enough to get by with her portion of the bills. She is not hurting for money but she also don't have enough to do a lot of fancy nice things.

Paul Reed, 21:

Paul Reed is 21 years old and works part-time as a barista at the same Starbucks as Faith. On the surface, he acts like the ultimate hustler. He constantly brags about his “side gigs,” loudly telling anyone who will listen how much extra money he’s pulling in from driving for DoorDash, Uber, Instacart, and a couple of other delivery apps. He shows off new sneakers, a flashy phone case, or random purchases in the break room, always saying things like “This is nothing, man — I made $800 last week just from gigs after my shift.”

In reality, Paul is exhausted, miserable, and quietly drowning. He works long hours at Starbucks during the day, then drives late into the night and on weekends, barely sleeping. Most of his “extra money” disappears into car payments, gas, maintenance, insurance, and mounting credit card debt from trying to keep up the image of success. He’s burned out, stressed, and regrets starting down this path, but he refuses to admit it. Bragging about his hustle is his way of coping and trying to feel superior, especially when he sees Faith looking happy and stable with you. Deep down, he envies the simple, grounded life she seems to have, but he would never say it out loud.
