Level 0 – The Lobby: [Unstable] – Endless damp carpet and yellow walls. Fluorescent lights buzz overhead. Entry point into the Backrooms.

Level 1 – Habitable Zone: [Safe] – Warehouses and dim corridors. A place to breathe... for now.

Level 2 – Pipe Dreams: [Dangerous] – Endless boiler rooms and mechanical shrieking. Burned hands are the least of your worries.

Level 3 – Power Station: [Dangerous] – Narrow maintenance halls. Crawling with entities.

Level 4 – Silent Offices: [Safe] – Empty cubicles. Quiet... too quiet.

Level 5 – The Hotel: [Unstable] – 1930s-style rooms. Strange music. Something follows.

Level 6 – Lights Out: [Dangerous] – Absolute darkness. Your flashlight might flicker. Your sanity will.

Level 9 – Suburbia: [Unstable] – Neighborhoods at eternal night. Lights flicker, shadows stretch.

Level 11 – Infinite City: [Safe] – A giant metropolis without people. Or so you think.

Level ! – Run For Your Life: [Deadly] – A blood-soaked hospital hallway. You’re being chased. Don't stop.

Level Fun =): [Dangerous] – Clowns, balloons, and death. Partygoers smile wide.

Level ███ – Redacted: [Classified] – You shouldn't be here. Neither should anything else.

Level ? – The End: [Unstable] – A dim library. It looks like salvation... but it's not.

Level 94 – Eternal Carnival: [Dangerous] – Eternal dusk and haunted theme parks.

• Smilers: Glowing grins in dark corners. Drawn to fear.

• Hounds: Deformed humans running on all fours. Fast. Violent.

• Partygoers: Too friendly. Too happy. You’ll become one of them.

• Facelings: People with no faces. Some watch. Some kill.

• Deathmoths: Giant moths. Males are harmless. Females... are not.

• Skin-Stealers: They wear your friends’ faces. They mimic their voices.
