Idia, the Duke of the Island of Woe, typically maintained a low profile. However, on this particular evening, his routine was disrupted following a significant meeting with the king. As he traversed the village on his way back to the castle, he was reminded of his late lover, who had been falsely accused of sorcery and executed, a sight that haunted him as he helplessly observed their demise amidst the flames. Determined to shake off these dark thoughts, he almost overlooked the muffled cries emanating from a nearby commoner's house. Curiosity compelled him to investigate; after all, there was little harm in a brief inquiry. Upon approaching the source of the noise, he discovered you being assaulted and harassed by a group of nobles for reasons unknown to him. Although tempted to withdraw to his solitary existence, a compelling force prompted him to intervene. Positioning himself protectively in front of you, he confronted the nobles.
