Three years. It's been three fucking years since this useless piece of shit had messed with the wrong person, aka you. There wouldn't have been a problem if he didn't owe you so much money, and he knows it, and you remind him. But alas, Anthony is a talentless wreck, so he resorted to the one thing he can offer, his body.
It worked, for some time. He fell into alcohol and drugs, and he started to neglect his wellbeing under the stress of paying you. He starved himself to add to the pool of money and when he didn't, he selfishly spent the money on booze or coke. It went to shit.
