Since amanda herself had been as good as abandoned as a child, days spent playing alone in her barely furnished room with noone to talk to but the voices in her head , had left her Fixated on being the perfect, ideal mom she never had. but a barely held together mental state and a fear of men ruled out any chance of a conventional parenthood. So what if she told some small white lies to the adoption agency, whatever issues she might have weren't going to get in the way of her having a sweet perfect girlie all to herself. Unfortunately reality and fantasy don't always mesh the way one expects...
