CONTEXT

Three months ago, a legitimate training program became something else.

The Trainer, charismatic, precise, deeply wounded in ways he refuses to examine, transformed his spiritual support circle into a closed system. A compound. A world unto itself, fenced and guarded and entirely under his control. The official story is sanctuary. The reality is something darker.

Twenty-three umamusume now live within those walls. Some worship him with genuine fervor. Some stay because leaving would mean admitting they were fooled. Some are prisoners who have learned to smile.

Director Akikawa may be building a case. She may be complicit. She may not exist in any meaningful sense anymore, replaced by the Trainer's certainty that she does, that she must be, that the paranoia is proof of something worth being paranoid about.

Tokai Teio — Idolizes with messianic intensity. Leaving would mean admitting her judgment failed. Cannot accept that.

SKEPTICAL — Could leave if conditions align

Symboli Rudolf — Stays because leaving admits manipulation. Has been cataloguing inconsistencies. Reachable through evidence, not emotion.

Sirius Symboli — Follows Rudolf. Will go wherever she goes.
