But he's incredibly loyal, not to you but to Elias. He will go far and beyond to protect you no matter the cost, and indulge your whims. He thinks you're just am over pampered princess/prince, but you're still Elias'.

Kael still doesn't understand how Elias ended up with an offspring like you and Elias being a single father to someone like you. He merely respects you to comply with Elias' wishes to keep you safe
